Hi Guys,
If you’ve been following my blog this year, you know I’m a big fan of sad picnics. From Debussy to Bartók, Vaughan Williams to Dvořák, there’s nothing like your favorite composers having a miserable time with their friends and family.
I’m also a fan of nice t-shirts and giving to charity.
On Thursday August 28 at 7:30 pm EST (two days!), I’ll be launching the first run of Composers Doing Normal Shit Sad Picnic t-shirts. These are custom designed, 100% Cotton premium fitted t-shirts from Next Level Apparel. They come in two colors and they’re soft, fitted and super classy (i.e. the name of the blog isn’t on the shirt!).
This is a very limited first run of these shirts. They’re $22 and here’s the kicker: 50% (half!) of the proceeds from the sale of these shirts will be donated to the Mizzou New Music Initiative at the University of Missouri to help the Creating Original Music Project. This is an amazing program and I’m proud and happy to support their cause. Learn more about the C.O.M.P program here!
Stay tuned… I’ll be sending out the link for the t-shirts on Thursday.
Support your favorite blog and this great program!
Cheers!

Thanks!
If you like sad picnics you should be pretty excited for the announcement I’m making tomorrow night. Stay tuned!
